Il naso e altri racconti anatomici
Niente a che vedere con Gogol’. Qualche assonanza con La Metamorfosi di Kafka: è una storia del tipo “ti svegli un mattino, ti guardi allo specchio e scopri che…”; che di solito è “solo” (si fa per dire) un brufolo, altre volte invece… Ma andiamo con ordine.
Da bambino avevo un bel naso. Proporzionato, sottile, dal profilo regolare. Finché un giorno una persona osservò inopportunamente che “hai lo stesso naso di Marco”, dove Marco sta per “cugino di secondo grado proboscidato”, un individuo che è la conferma vivente dell’ascendenza scimmiesca dell’uomo; nel caso suddetto trattasi di nasica.
C’è voluto del tempo prima che prendessi consapevolezza e accettassi completamente la mia nuova, dantesca, silhouette. In questo m’ha aiutato molto scoprire di essere in buona compagnia: il già citato Dante, ad esempio; e poi Cyrano, non meno famoso; ed un cuoco francese del quattordicesimo secolo, dall’eloquente soprannome di Taillevent (Tagliavento). Tutto molto bello e fiabesco, se questa fosse una fiaba. Infatti l’inquietante finale è:
Pare che le orecchie ed il naso siano le uniche parti del corpo che non smettono mai di crescere. Finché campi, loro crescono.
Mi servirà una carriola.
(A dire il vero non è che mi sia fatto tutti questi problemi; ma era un buon pretesto per un bel post.)

E’ successo anche a me, da piccola avevo una discreta patatina che dopo i 12 anni è diventata una melanzana, finchè qualche anno fa non ho deciso di “darci un taglio” :P
